Research Abstract

細胞内Cl濃度調節分子であるK+-Cl- 共役担体であるKCC2の機能制御機構を解明するとともに、細胞内Cl 濃度の変化に伴うGABA受容体機能のモーダルシフトを解明し、またKCC2発現操作動物を用いて、関連する生体機能を解明する。
