Research Abstract

電位依存性ホスファターゼVSP は、電位依存性チャネルの電位センサー領域とイノシトールリン脂質ホスファターゼから成り、電位依存的に酵素活性を変化させる。2つのモジュールが組み合わさることで、電位依存的酵素活性が生みだされる原理を明らかにする。
