| Research Abstract |
Sustainable development and human development are integrated into the new concept sustainable human development to develop the theoretical basis for environmental governance. Partha Dasgupta's theory on sustainable development formulated as the continuous increase of per capita well-being, which is classified the constituents of well-being and determinants of well-being, is applied for the integration of the two concepts. Regional adaptation to the impact of economic globalization and its diversity are analyzed to clarify the conditions of multi-level environmental governance for sustainable regional development.
