Research Abstract

これまでの国内外のコモンズ研究で十分に検討されてこなかったグローバル時代に対応した地域主導の環境ガバナンスの条件を提示することが本研究の目的である。グローバル時代のローカル・コモンズによる資源管理、およびコモンズ内部とコモンズ外部のガバナンスの成功・失敗要因を明らかにする研究は、世界的にも極めて重要な研究課題である。
本研究は、経済学、森林政策学、民俗学、東洋史学、法学から総合的にこの問題に取り組み、世界的なコモンズ研究の進展にも貢献しうるような研究を展開する。特に、日本に特徴的な入会権、共同漁業権、漁民の森などの意義を世界的に発信することにしたい。
