Outline of Annual Research Achievements

「クラスター」をキーワードに、ハドロン物理、原子核物理学、原子・分子分野の第一線で活躍する研究者を集め、本新学術領域の基本的な問いである「物質階層進化のメカニズム」を理論面から解決することを研究目的として以下のような業績を挙げた。ハドロン物理分野では、sssq-barq-barのペンタクオークシステムをクオーク模型でその共鳴状態の有無を研究した。いくつかの狭い共鳴状態を求めることに成功をおさめ、その実験的観測の可能性について議論を行った。この業績はPhysics Letters Bに掲載された。原子核物理分野では、最近発見された19Bを17B+n+nの3体問題に基づいた計算を行い、その束縛エネルギーについて理論的に議論した。17B-nのポテンシャルは-50fmから-100fmほどの非常に大きな散乱長を持っているため、この19Bはエフィモフ状態である可能性があるため、その理論的研究を行った。この原子核の研究は、原子分子・原子核を連携させる重要な研究であると位置づけられす。また、第一原理計算の一つである格子QCDによるグザイー核子間相互作用が提供されたため、この相互作用を活用した最も軽いグザイハイパー核の精密計算を行った。結果、NNNΞシステムが束縛する最も軽い原子核であることを理論的に予言を行い、この一連の研究成果は、をPhysical Review Letterに掲載され、またプレスリリースされた。さらには、物質階層構造を横断する会や、国際レクチャーシリーズを総括班と共同研究で開催した。

2: Research has progressed on the whole more than it was originally planned.

Reason

分担者間の研究の連携が順調に進んでいる結果として、クオーク模型によるペンタクオークの研究で、Physics Letter Bに掲載された。また、格子QCD理論によるグザイー核子間相互作用の構築が完成したことにより、軽いグザイハイパー核の束縛状態の予言が可能となり、Physical Review Letterに掲載できたことは大きな業績である。

Strategy for Future Research Activity

今後は、分担者間の連携を、班間の連携に発展させる予定である。現在の計画として、D01班とB01班やB02班との共同研究を進める予定である。特にハドロン分野では、続々と新しいテトラクオークシステムが発見されることに伴い、クオーク模型の妥当性を議論しながら、テトラクオークの束縛状態、および共鳴状態の研究を行う。また、原子核分野では、7Hなど中性子過剰原子核の実験が解析中でもあるので、理論的解析を進める。
