Outline of Annual Research Achievements

本計画研究では、水素の界面機能を極限まで高め、電子状態や構造を水素で制御する新たな革新的界面制御技術を創出する。そして、他の水素機能との融合により高次水素機能を誘起するための水素科学の学理構築を目指す。具体的には局所応力や界面構造等を制御して、局在水素によるヘテロ界面機能を強化する。領域全体で連携して、界面機能を活用した水素化物超伝導・超イオン伝導等の超機能材料の合成、新奇電子機能や力学特性等の強化を狙う。本年度以下の点に取り組んだ
1. A03で開発したヒドリド伝導体のエピタキシャル薄膜を作製し、物性評価を行った。さらに論文作成を行った。また、Y酸水素化物の光学特性と電気伝導特性について、特に、水中での電気化学反応に着目して研究を進めた。NaBH4エピタキシャル薄膜作製に成功した。
2. 導電性ポリマーであるポリアニリン被覆による腐食環境における水素侵入抑制効果を検討した。
3. 太陽電池への応用が期待される酸化チタンと結晶シリコン、ナノ結晶シリコンと酸化シリコンを複合化した薄膜と結晶シリコンとのヘテロ 構造、および量子計算機用SiGe仮想基板へ水素プラズマ処理を行った。熱脱離分析や共鳴核反応法(A05班と連携)により水素の結合状態や深さ分布を調査し、局在水素機能の解明を進めた。 SiGe仮想基板では、歪み蓄積した領域への水素の局所導入と歪み緩和促進機能を利用した高品質化プロセスの確立に取り組んだ。
