Outline of Final Research Achievements |
1)Fertility prediction for mouse egges:A population of mouse eggs, regardless of grown under in vivo or in vitro conditions, contains infertile individuals. In the present study, we developed a non-inavasive method to detect the infertile eggs by innate fluorescence signature analysis. 2)Tag-free 3D visualization of mouse testis : A mouse testis consists of germ cells and feeder cells. In the present study, we found the innate fluorescence signature characteristic to each cell types and developed a tag-free 3D visualization of testis structure based on innate fluorescence. 3)Tag-free cell sorting technology: We developed a tag-free method to enrich specific types of cell from a mixed population using a combination of single-cell innate fluoresce analysis and cell-sorting technology.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
