Research Abstract |
Spin polarization due to spin-orbit interaction in a non-magnetic semiconductor has been detected through the single-electron effect in a quantum dot. Magnetization dependent rectification effect and its reversal with spin injection has been found in magnetic tunnel junctions of diluted magnetic semiconductors.
