Research Abstract

本研究は、特定領域研究「スピン流の創出と制御」の中の研究項目A05「スピン流と機能・制御調整班」である。本研究課題では、スピン流にかかわるさまざまな物理的信号の制御や変換の原理とその機能を探索し、新規デバイスの提案とその機能の実証研究に加え、連絡調整を行う。領域内の各班と連携しつつ、スピン偏極電流制御デバイス、スピン流高周波・熱デバイス、光スピントロニクス機能デバイス、スピン偏極電流磁化反転の解明とデバイス設計の理論、計4グループで研究を行う。スピン流と機能・制御に関する研究動向調査や研究戦略の策定を行い、班内における情報交換や共同研究を促進させる。
