Research Abstract

スピン流の物理の開拓におけるスピン流と電磁場との基本相互作用解明の重要性は、現在のエレクトロニクスが電流と電磁場の相互作用を拠り所にしていることを省みれば明らかである。本研究は、電流の物理における基本二法則-アンペールの法則・ファラデーの法則-に相当するスピン流の基本物理を確立し、ナノ構造体中の交差相関物性の開拓を目指すものである。この目的を最も効率的に達成するため、(1)NiFe細線における磁壁スピン・ファラデー効果の開拓、(2)NiFe/PtPbNb系での純スピン流による逆スピンホール効果の究明、(3)スピン流を用いたナノ系における量子交差相関物性の開拓の三つにターゲットを絞り、理論グループとの緊密な連携を図りながら、世界に先駆けたスピン流基礎電磁物性の開拓を狙う。
