Research Abstract

本特定領域における本研究グループの研究は、配列ナノ空間を有する物質群の伝導・磁気物性に関するものである。特にIV族元素(C, Si, Ge)を構成要素として形成されるナノ配列空間を有するナノ多面体幾何構造物質に関して、広範囲の電気伝導、熱伝導、磁性に加えて比熱を測定することにより、フォノンと電子状態との相関を詳細に研究している。また計画研究班の位置づけとして、他のグループとの関連で物性の観点から協力して特定領域研究を進展させる。
