Research Abstract

我々が開発し世界をリードしてきた、電子顕微鏡法に基づいた1)収束電子回折(CBED)法による精密結晶構造解析法、2)電子エネルギー損失分光法/X線発光分光法(EELS/XES)による電子状態解析手法を、いち早くユビキタス元素のナノ空間配列物質群に適用し、「ユビキタス元素のナノ空間配列構造の精密構造解析とそれに伴う特異な電子状態の解明」を行う事が目的である。したがって、従来のマクロな測定からナノを議論してきたこれまでの新規材料開発とは異なった展開が本特定領域研究では期待できる。これらの応用研究を通して、「ナノスケール構造・物性解析手法の更なる高精度化」を行うことも目指す。
