Research Abstract

本研究では、アフリカツメガエルの系を中心に、初期発生過程における正および負の細胞周期制御の研究を行う。具体的には、(1)卵成熟および受け精・卵割における細胞周期制御、(2)中期胞胚遷移(MBT)におけるチェックポイント制御、(3)母性/胚性転移(MZT)における細胞周期のリモデリング、において機能する正および負の細胞周期制御因子の発現制御、機能・役割を解析する。また、分担研究として,ゼブラフィッシュのMBTにおけるCdk9の活性制御等を解析する。
