Research Abstract

(1) パターン認識受容体を介した自己の識別による自然免疫系の活性化を制御する分子機構を、特に核に発現するIκB分子群に標的を絞り明らかにする。IκB分子群が選択的に遺伝子発現を正負に制御する分子機構を明らかにし、自己認識から自然免疫系が活性化される分子機構を明らかにする。
(2) 腸管には本来非自己である腸内細菌が共生していて、免疫系に種々の影響を与えている。この腸内細菌の識別による腸管自然免疫系の作動機構を解析する。
