Research Abstract

免疫系における自己識別・反応性を担うシグナル伝達と制御機構を明らかにするため、T細胞とB細胞における非自己抗原と自己抗原の認識から活性化制御に至るシグナル制御の機構を明らかにすることを目指し、T細胞ではTCRミクロクラスターの形成制御を中心に、B細胞では生存シグナルに関与する分子群の遺伝解析を中心に解析する。
