Outline of Annual Research Achievements

量子液晶の電子状態の制御を行い機能開発につなげるために種々の物質で測定を行うと同時に、実験手法の開発に取り組んだ。取り組んだ内容と成果の概要は以下の通りである。小林は量子スピン顕微鏡の開発をさらに進め、超伝導量子渦の観測を行うとともに、典型的な素励起であるマグノン検出のためのACゼーマン効果を利用したイメージングも行った。有馬はGdRu2Ge2、VO2、GaNb4Se8などのX線散乱および中性子散乱を行い、電荷やスピンの配列や相関に起因する回転対称性の破れを見出すとともに、磁化や電気輸送の異常を伴うことを見出した。戸田はビーム断面に特異点を有する光渦パルスを用いた銅酸化物高温超伝導体の光誘起相制御の研究を行い、電荷液晶を創発する擬ギャップ電子に対して、高速かつ超解像の時空間変調を実証するという成果を得た。戸川は、スピンソリトン格子の集団共鳴運動の研究を進め、複数の試料に対するスペクトル解析から反対称性交換相互作用と臨界磁場・臨界温度・異方性磁場などの物質パラメーターの相関を明らかにし、サブテラヘルツ帯で動作するカイラルスピン物質の設計指針を得た。岡﨑はネマティック電子状態を示すことでも知られているカゴメ超伝導体CsV3Sb5において時間・角度分解光電子分光を行い、コヒーレントフォノン励起に伴うvan Hove特異点の振動を捉える、という成果を得た。石坂は超高速時間分解電子顕微鏡にナノ秒電流・電場パルスを同期したイメージング計測のプロトコルを開発し、強磁性体のドメイン壁が100ナノ秒の矩形電流パルスにより駆動される様子をナノスケールで可視化した。
