Research Abstract

(1)生殖細胞形成機構を試験管内で再構成し、生殖細胞系列が獲得するユニークなエピゲノム情報とその獲得機構の解明、
(2)Prdm14の胚性幹細胞(Embryonic Stem Cells:ESCs)の多能性維持における役割解明、
(3)生殖細胞形成能獲得におけるWnt3及びBmp4シグナルの作用機序解明、を目的とする。
