Research Abstract

We could demonstrate several possibilities. 1. The cloning success rate was improved up to 10% by HDACis. 2. Health cloned mice were born from frozen dead mouse, which preserved 16 years under -20C. 3. Over six hundreds cloned mice were born from one donor mouse by repeating nuclear transfer up to 27 times.
