Research Abstract	(1)ユーラシアの主要アクターであるロシア、中国、インドの存在が国際社会に与える影響の深度と広がりを分析し、翻って国際社会の側がこれらの「地域大国」とともにどのような新秩序を形成していくかを展望する。 (2)「冷戦後世界」という文脈でロシア・中国・インドを位置づける際、冷戦期と冷戦後の秩序の相違及び変化の文脈で三国の位相を検討する。 (3)ユーラシア地域大国が地域内外でどのような行動をとろうと絶えず、米国の存在や反応を強く意識した外交を行っている点を鑑み、米国の動向もあわせて追跡する。 (4)ワシントンを手始めに北京、デリーなどの研究機関との共催事業も実施する。
