Research Abstract

f電子系化合物は、比較的局在性の強いf電子と結晶中を自由に動き回っている伝導電子とが混成し、その結果、重い電子系、多極子秩序、異方的超伝導など特色ある物性が発現する。本研究では、ドハース・ファンアルフェン(dHvA)効果による実験とバンド理論を用いて、以下の項目を明らかにする。
(1)系統的なフェルミ面の研究から明らかになるf電子系の普遍性と多様な描像
(2)重い電子形成に関わる温度、磁場、圧力をパラメータとしたf電子の役割
(3)量子臨界点近傍でのフェルミ面の変貌
(4)非フェルミ液体近傍に出現する超伝導とその電子状態の性質
(5)結晶に反転対称性のない化合物のフェルミ面とそこに出現する超伝導の性質
