Research Abstract

本研究は、光励起により少数キャリアを生成することによりはじめて現れる準平衡または非平衡の多体キャリア間相関効果をmKの極低温で光学的に調べることを通じて、動的電子相関の学理を確立することを目的とする。従来の基底平衡状態のみに着目した輸送現象等の研究では見過ごされてきた動的相関効果の解明を行い、新しい光技術の開拓を行う。
