Research Abstract |
In the present research, we prepared thermoresponsive soft interfaces on capillary luminal surface. Thermoresponsive surface property alteration was utilized to the modulated interaction of tiny amount of biomolecules. Steroids and/or proteins interaction regulated by temperature on poly(N-isopropylacrylamide) (PNIPAAm) anditsderivwasatives modified surfaces. Thus we proposed the design of thermoresponsive surfaces in microcapillary to separate and analyze the tiny amount of biomolecules.
