Research Abstract

本研究は、2つの表面間の相互作用の距離依存性を直接評価できる表面力測定を中心手段とし、分子認識など、固-液界面における分子膜の特性を明らかにし、ソフト界面の分子科学に寄与することを目的とし、さらに生体分子間の相互作用、医用材料表面の評価を可能とする方法論の開発を目指す。
具体的には、様々な生体分子の配向制御した固定化法の開発、DNAの転写制御に関与するタンパク質群の相互作用の直接測定を行い、さらに領域内の他の研究者の扱う高分子ブラシ層ならびに分子認識系の評価を行い、その特性を明らかにし、ソフト界面の分子科学の確立に資する。
