Research Abstract

本研究では、生体分子認識部位を有する分子と非特異吸着抑制分子とで構成する複合単分子層の機能発現と、機能界面の新規評価法を提案し、実現することを目指している。横(水平)方向および垂直方向の3次元の構造制御を行い、分子認識に最適なナノ相分離単分子膜を構築し、生体分子間相互作用を高感度、高選択的に検出するための分子認識ソフトインターフェースを構築し、これまで均一な分子層に限られていた膜評価手法を、複合膜評価法へと展開していく。分子認識能が3次元ナノ相分離構造体で高感度化されるメカニズムについても検討を行う。
