Research Abstract

再生医療や組織工学の発達において、細胞と材料間の相互作用を解析することは、細胞の材料表面への初期接着挙動が、増殖、伸展、分化およびアポトーシスなどの後の細胞挙動に大きな影響を与えるため重要である。細胞は、材料表面に吸着したタンパク質を介して表面と相互作用する。そこで、細胞-細胞間、細胞-マテリアル間の相互作用を独立に評価し、細胞とマテリアル間の相互作用を、一個の細胞を対象として解析するマイクロ流体デバイスの創製を目指す。細胞の接着/非接着を制御する分子認識バイオイターフェースとしては、ナノインプリント技術、リソグラフィー技術、自己組織化技術等を駆使して構築する。
