Research Abstract

本研究は、脂質分子の自己集積によって形成される人工細胞膜に、高次π空間を形成する種々の機能素子を三次元的に集積して、ナノデバイスとしての機能発現を目指すものである。
具体的には、申請者が独自に開発した高機能人工細胞膜「セラソーム」等の脂質二分子膜構造体をプラットホームに用いて、以下の点に焦点を絞って、段階的に研究を推進する。(1)フラーレンの高次集積化。(2)カーボンナノチューブの高次集積化。(3)ポルフィリンやフタロシアニン等の高次集積化。(4)π電子系機能素子の人工細胞膜への複合的集積化。(5)高次π空間をもつ人工細胞膜のナノデバイス機能の評価。
