| Research Abstract |
新規電子機能性物質の開拓を継続・発展させた。フラーレン錯体としては初めての2次元的な金属状態を示す錯体を開拓し、極低温まで絶縁化しない事を見出した。結晶水を含むBEDO-TTF錯体の微結晶を高分子膜に組込み、X線回折と導電性の湿度依存性を同時測定し、乾燥状態では大気下とは異なる低導電性構造となる事を明らかにした。分担者(御崎)らは、TTFとTSFが融合したTTP系ドナーであるST-STPを用いた新規分子性錯体、(ST-STP)_2X(X=ClO_4, ReO_4, AsF_6, SbF_6)を開拓した。これらの錯体においては1:1組成を持つ(ST-STP)ReO_4に見られるような分子内における電荷の偏りはなく、ドナー分子全体に正電荷がほぼ均一に非局在化していた。そのため全ての錯体がσ_<rt>=10^2-10^3S cm^<-1>と高い伝導性を示し、低温まで金属的挙動を示すことを明らかにした。分担者(藤原)らは、光機能性物質の開発を展開し、2つのベンゾチアゾール基を組込んだ新規の各種TTF誘導体を合成し、その単結晶試料と薄膜試料において光照射による光電流の発生を観測した。一方、各種カルボン酸誘導体の合成を行い、色素増感太陽電池の作製と性能評価を行ったところ、2つのカルボン酸をTTF側に置換したTTF-ベンゾチアゾール複合分子において、量子効率(0.16%)を見いだした。分担者(森田)らは、トリオキソトリアンギュレンのハロゲン置換体の合成に成功した。合成は市販の試薬から6段階で効果的に行い、いずれも室温空気中で扱えるほどの高い安定性を示した。また、臭素置換体を合成中間体として用いて遷移金属触媒を用いたクロスカップリング反応を試み、フェニル基やアルコキシ基の導入に成功した。酸化還元挙動や電子スピン構造、各種固体物性を測定した結果、導入した置換基に応じた顕著な電子的効果が現れた。
