Research Abstract

本研究では"動的非平衡プロセスである気-液-固相(Vapor-Liquid-Solid : VLS)反応法"に着目し、遷移金属酸化物を創発的に低次元ナノ構造化するメカニズムを解明し、従来困難であった階層を越えた遷移金属酸化物の高次ナノ構造体を実現することを目的とする。
