本申請研究は、当研究室で見いだされた“シャペロン改変体の1次元のチューブ状集合化"を基礎としている。
(1)チューブの形成と解離条件の最適化。
(2)チューブの応答性(ATP、光)。
(3)新規なシャペロンの設計。
(4)集合構造のゲスト取り込み能の探索。
