Grant-in-Aid for Scientific Research on Innovative Areas (Research in a proposed research area)
Nanoimprint graphoepitaxy has been studied using P6CAM photo-reactive liquid crystal. As a result, we demonstrated that P6CAM molecular alignment along the mold grating lines has been achieved and the degree of molecular alignment increased compared with a graphoepitaxy.
