Research Abstract

(1)学習記憶や加齢性記憶障害などに関わる遺伝子を同定し、記憶情報の獲得から統合安定化、保持、読み出しに関わる遺伝子経路を明らかにする。
(2)ショウジョウバエ単離脳で顕微鏡下で学習記憶を成立させる「in vitro学習系」の開発を行い、イメージング解析を適用し学習記憶過程での神経回路の機能動態を解析する。
