Research Abstract

本計画研究の目的は活性酸素による転写調節機構を明らかにし、それが生理機能や病態制御に果たす役割を解明することによって、新たな抗酸化治療戦略の分子基盤を構築することである。目的を達成するために(1)酸化シグナルに応答した転写調節機構が生理機能や病態制御に果たす役割を明らかにし、(2)活性酸素により変動する細胞内シグナリングが細胞核で情報統合されて機能発現する分子機構を解析する。さらに(3)核内における活性酸素の産生機構およびそれが転写調節などに果たす役割を明らかにする。
