Research Abstract

(1)好熱菌Hydrogenophilus thermoluteolus由来のF1-ATPase:本菌菌体よりF1-ATPaseが存在する膜画分を調製し,活性の最適条件を検討する。
(2)好冷菌Shewanella violacea由来のF1-ATPase:本菌菌体よりF1-ATPaseが存在する膜画分を調製し,活性の最適条件を検討する。
(3)好塩菌Haloarcura japonica由来のATPase:本菌菌体よりATPaseが存在する膜画分を調製し,活性の最適条件を検討する。
