Research Abstract |
大規模量子計算を実現するには、個々の量子ゲートを高精度で実行する必要がある。分子の核スピンや電子スピンを磁気共鳴パルスで制御する場合、高感度・強照射のために用いられる共振器やその他の回路によってパルスが変形し、量子ゲートの忠実度を低下させてしまう。そこで、本研究では、系の応答を測定して歪を予め補償し、所望のパルス磁場波形を共振器内に発生する方法を開発した。この方法を用いて1量子ビットの回転ゲートに相当するラビ振動を観測し、位相過渡歪を抑制できることを初めて示した。(論文査読中)さらに、このパルス補償を任意波形発生器で実行する場合に問題となるDA変換器の縦分解能の不足を余剰な時間分解能で補う方法、電力増幅器等の非線形性による歪をも補償する方法、及び、補償したパルスを用いた系列の平均ハミルトニアンについて、基礎的検討を行った。 分子スピン系については、超密度符号化などの量子情報処理を目指して量子状態制御が可能な量子ビット系として、1電子スピン+3核スピン(2水素核+1窒素核(^<15>N))を持ち一部を重水素化した分子を設計し、反磁性分子結晶格子中に磁気的に希釈した単結晶アンサンブル系を合成した。この系に対して、コヒーレントなパルスマイクロ波及び複数のパルスラジオ波を共鳴条件下で用いる、電子-核-核多重共鳴スピンテクノロジーを確立した。この電子スピン-核スピン混合系(電子スピンバス系)において、tri-partiteの擬似エンタングルメントを生成し、量子状態の位相を介して評価するアプローチを開発した。
