Research Abstract

本計画班では、社会階層へのライフサイクルを通じての曝露が心身の健康影響・健康格差を発生させる医学、心理学、社会学的なメカニズムを解明し、その制御方策を探ることを目的として、既存データベースを解析すると同時に、地域および職域パネル調査の設計、実施、データ解析に積極的に参加する。
1.実態解明グループ・媒介要因解明グループ(川上、福田、島津):
1)地域および職域パネル調査に使用する生活および職業性ストレス尺度、心理的資源尺度、精神健康尺度等の準備を行った。
2)既存データのデータベースを利用して、社会階層が心身の健康に与える影響と媒介要因について解析を実施した。地域住民の代表サンプルに対する調査データからは、主観的社会階層が、学歴、年収よりも強く精神健康と関連していた、国民生活基礎調査データからは、労働者では契約社員、パート・アルバイトで心理的ストレスが高かったことが明かとなった。
2.心理・生理メカニズム解明グループ(川上、荒木、大平、六反):
1)調査準備:脳画像検査、遺伝子発現による末梢の神経免疫内分泌反応パターン、心理検査について、成人の少数サンプルに対して、採血、白血球検体の移送、測定が円滑にゆくかどうかについて試行を行ったところ、問題なく測定が実施できた。
2)光トポグラフィー装置を購入し、試験運用をすると同時に、地域住民サンプルへの調査にあたっての心理的負荷課題について検討した。
