Outline of Annual Research Achievements

飯塚は姉川、Mukherjee Sunil、Trivediと共には希薄ランダム行列、希薄Sachdev-Ye-Kitaev(SYK)モデルのスペクトル統計、レベル間隔、OTOCs、SFFなどの性質と、SYKモデルとの関係を系統的に調べた。また、飯塚、姉川、Sakeは局所SYK模型のトリプルスケーリング極限とよばれる極限下で2次元JT重力の特徴を再現することを示した。飯塚は姉川、Sake、Zenoniと共に2次元JT重力でのドシッター空間で量子複雑性と呼ばれる量を調べた。 飯塚と姉川はドシッター空間の量子複雑性の摂動下の奇妙な振る舞いを発見した。他、Zenoniも量子複雑性についても調べた。SakeはNanda、TrivediとともにJT重力でのドシッター空間において、dilatonを時計として選んだ場合の量子論について解析を行った。飯塚は西田と共に、IP行列模型がブラックホールの様に、Krylov複雑性が時間に対して指数増加することを示した。行列模型でKrylov複雑性が指数増加することを具体的に示したのは、このIP模型が世界で初めてである。宇賀神は Balasubramanian、野村と共同でドシッター空間をAdSブラックホールと相関させた場合に実現する時空を調べた。また宇賀神は宮田、中山と共同でホーキング放射から情報を復元するPetzの再構成写像をSYK模型等において解析した。寺嶋は杉下とブラックホールの部分領域相補性を解析した。野海は阿部、吉村と荷電ブラックホールの電荷の上限値に対する量子補正が、弱い重力予想から期待される単調性に従うことを示した。この他、野海は重力理論の散乱行列理論の定式化と現象論的応用に関する論文や原始揺らぎの非ガウス性を用いた新粒子探査に関する論文も発表した。重森は、根本とブラックホールの微視的状態を表すミクロ時空の新たな厳密解を書き下した。

Reason

本年はゲージ重力対応の一つの例であるSYK模型とその拡張である、希薄ランダム行列や希薄SYKモデルとSYKモデルとの関係を系統的に理解することができた。ここからゲージ重力対応の成立に必要な要素が明らかになった。またIP行列模型と呼ばれるゲージ重力対応のトイモデルの解析も行い、そこからKrylov複雑性が指数関数的に増加することも明らかになった。特に行列模型でのKrylov複雑性の指数関数的増加が発見されたのは初のことである。その他にも2次元重力理論の量子化や複雑性、ドシッター空間の解析、ブラックホールと弱い重力予想の関係など幅広く研究が進んでいる。

Strategy for Future Research Activity

量子情報理論とゲージ重力対応を用いて、量子ブラックホールの基本問題の理論的解明や量子計算の手法を開拓する。より多様なアプローチや様々なゲージ重力対応が成立すると考えられるモデルの様々な解析を通して、ブラックホール情報喪失問題などの極限宇宙の根本問題を解明する。具体的には本年度に調べられた拡張された理論の量子情報論的な側面を開拓する。
