Outline of Final Research Achievements	Cultured cells, mice and daphnia were exposed to natural ligands and expressed RNAs were analyzed. Based on the transcriptome profiles, biological activities of the natural ligands were evaluated. To facilitate the evaluation, transgenic animals that can visualize these ligand activities were also established.
