Outline of Annual Research Achievements

1) LHC RUN I で2TeV 程度の粒子が WやZ の2体状態に崩壊するモードにエクセすが観測された。このエクセスが本当であれば、スピン1の粒子であることが期待されたが、一方で、この粒子が直接フェルミオンの2体に崩壊するモードは観測されなかった。野尻・阿部は北原とともに部分複合模型が、他の精密測定の制限では排除されないことを確認した。また13TeV 実験において、この粒子の探索を行った場合、どの程度の感度があるかを、ジェットの内部構造について現実的な考察を行い評価した。
2) LHC RUN II において、750GeV の質量をもつDiphoton に若干の過剰が発見された。野尻はIPMU の松本らとともに重たいフェルミオンが、暗黒物質と同じZ2 odd なパリティをもつ模型を考案し、これが生成される際にできる束縛状態が対消滅することでこのシグナルが説明できる模型を考案した。この粒子のハイパーチャージが実験データから決定できること、また、この粒子が束縛状態を作らずに崩壊する場合のLHCでの実験的制限が、興味のある点を排除していないことを示した。
兼村は、複合ヒッグス、古典的スケール不変性、超対称性に基づくヒッグス模型や、ニュートリノ質量生成に関連したヒッグス模型を研究し、Run-1実験データによる模型への制限と将来実験での検証可能性を研究した。また複トップ事象等によるLHCでの第2のヒッグスの探索可能性を調べた。さらに電弱バリオン数生成が要請する強い一次的相転移が可能なヒッグス模型を研究し、将来加速器での自己結合測定による検証と将来重力波スペクトル測定を用いた検証の相補性を研究した。ついで暗黒物質を伴うニュートリノ質量生成の新模型を構築した。また質量行列構造により様々なニュートリノ質量生成模型を分類し、実験での判別可能性を研究した。
