Outline of Final Research Achievements |
To achieve 3D cell system, sequential cell assembly techniques were proposed by a micro-chip device using micro structures encapsulated cells. Magnetic assembly techniques were investigated by encapsulating cells with magnetic particles in micro structures. The local cell manipulation system was constructed using local environmental control devices based on nanomanipulation system inside environmental scanning electron microscope.
