Outline of Annual Research Achievements

研究分担者による5つのテーマについて、超低速ミュオン実験へ向けた準備研究は順調に進展したが、J-PARCのトラブルによる長期ビーム停止もあり超低速ビーム実験にまでは至らなかった。
KEK物構研・NTT基礎研・農工大グループでは、超低速ミュオン利用実験の準備として、KEK東海キャンパスにパルスレーザー蒸着成膜装置の導入整備を行い、上智大グループとの協力の下で鉄系超伝導体薄膜の成膜を行った。今年度は主にFeSe/Teの成膜を試み、RHEEDによる結晶性の評価を行うことができた。
東北大・上智大グループでは、高温超伝導体の過剰ドープ領域での磁気相関について研究を行い、電子ドープ型ではCuスピン相関が弱くなること、ホールドープ型銅酸化物では強磁性ゆらぎが磁場によった増大した可能性が高いとの結論を得た。
広大・青学大・放送大グループでは、無機キラル磁性体CsCuCl3の単一結晶キラリティドメインの単結晶試料の大型化に成功し、偏極中性子回折測定の結果から右手系 (空間群P6122)の結晶は右巻のらせん磁気構造、左手系 (空間群P6522)の結晶は左巻のらせん磁気構造であるとの結論が得られた。
東工大・東北大WPIグループでは、有機薄膜トランジスタ（有機TFT）を典型物質としてケルビンプローブを用いた界面評価技術の開発を行い、ペンタセンを3 nm 蒸着させたTFT膜について電荷分布の詳細な深さ方向の情報が得られた。
豊田理研・東工大グループでは、極低温走査トンネル分光顕微鏡（LT-STM/STS）を用い、ピン止め中心の少ない清浄な第2種超伝導体YNi2B2Cの0.45K極低温下の渦糸状態の微視的な知見が得られた。
