Grant-in-Aid for Scientific Research on Innovative Areas (Research in a proposed research area)
To construct the imaging system in bacterial cell, we are trying to improve from tethered cell method to bead assay in which illuminated by axicon lens system. And by using caged compounds we are try to the response of cell by the environmental change. And to understand the conformational change of bacterial motor, we observe the simultaneous measurement of association and dissociation of signal molecules to the motor. And by using fluorescent fusion receptor protein, we try to construct the fluorescent imaging system.
