Outline of Final Research Achievements |
We obtain the results about non-cellulose type factors affect to ligno-cellulose utilization by termite symbiotic system. Also, our single cell genome analysis revealed that knowledge of genome rearrangement and metabolism of symbiotic bacteria of symbiotic protist of termite. We developed novel total RNAseq analysis pipeline to analyze ecological function of biofilm composing members and mediator for symbiosis between aquatic animal and dinoflagellate. These results show that variety factors affect to drive symbiosis depend on environmental condition.
