| Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
(１)システム設計:分子ロボティクスでは，環境・活動主体・情報媒体が不可分の関係にあることを提示した．具体例として粉体を模したロボット群による搬送システム，ロボット群が集団の一部を使って環境を改変しながら合目的的に振る舞うシステムを提案した(菅原)．知能班公募班の磯川らとゲルオートマトンの計算可能性に関する研究を進め，non-camouflage制約下で計算万能性を証明した．知能班公募班の大下と分子ロボットによる学習モデルの構築を進め，有向グラフのエッジ有効性を調節する自己安定分散アルゴリズムを定式化し，強化学習へ拡張した(萩谷)．離散ゲル場での状態の2値化について論文にまとめた(村田)．
(２)反応拡散場の実装：シーソーゲートを実装したゲルカプセル間の分子通信に成功した(萩谷・有村)．ゲルオートマトンのメゾスケール実験系を構築し，基本演算動作(伝搬，AND，増幅)とその組み合わせについて定量的検証を行った(村田)．レーザー干渉を用いて，ガラス基板上にゲルのドットパターンを合成した(原)．マイクロ流路を用いて均質なゲル微粒子集積体を作製した(宮元)．
(３)ゲルアクチュエータの開発：光照射によるゲルアクチュエータの動的挙動の制御，および電場に応答して分子認識能を発現する分子ピンセットの開発に成功した(有村)．非対称変形を示す光熱応答性の無機/高分子複合型異方性ゲルアクチュエータ，化学駆動される無機微結晶型アクチュエータを開発した(宮元)．機能性ゲル素材としての人工核酸L-aTNAの液相大量合成法の確立を目指し，合成条件の最適化により，固相合成法と比べ1000倍のオリゴマー合成に成功した．ただし，切り出しに強塩基性条件が必要で，ビニル基の保護が課題として残った(浅沼)．DNAゲルアクチュエータを用いた弁とクラッチの実装を試みた(萩谷)．DNAを内包可能で貧溶媒中で高速収縮するデンドリマーゲルを開発した(原)．
