Outline of Annual Research Achievements

水・土砂移動に伴う放射性物質の移行過程の理解のために，昨年度までに開始した観測、調査、解析を継続的に行った。具体的には、下記の項目である。
1. 放射性核種の環境への移行のモデル化　2. 地下水、湧水への移行状況調査　3. 河川における放射性核種の移行調査　4. 放射性核種の河川・海洋への流出モデル　5. 河川・湖沼調査　このうち、1) については昨年度まで観測結果を継続するとともに、土壌侵食モデルによる土地利用の影響を評価した。2) については、汚染度の異なる地域にある森林小流域での観測を継続し、地点間比較に供するデータ群を取得した。3）、4）について、阿武隈川を中心とした河川における溶存態・懸濁態の観測を継続するとともに、新田川における放射性セシウムフラックス観測において、同流域内のダムにおける放射性セシウム収支の結果を得た。また懸濁態として輸送される放射性核種の環境動態を数値モデル化し，特に河川領域におけるセシウム137の移行過程について把握するとともに，海域へのセシウム137移行量，タイミング等について推定を行った。その上で河川からのインプットを考慮した沿岸域での放射性物質の堆積状況をモデルによって評価した。5）について、霞ヶ浦での底泥採取・分析を行い、放射性物質の分布や水域内での収支の定量化を行った。

Remarks

ロシア：新田川におけるグラスマットを用いた観測によって、氾濫原堆積物の採集・分析を行い、河川における放射性物質の移動量・河川から海への移動量をモデルの精緻化に資するデータを得た。
フランス(LSCE)：真野川・新田川流域を対象として、精密DEMデータを用いた流域全体からの土砂移動にともなう移行のモデル化を行い、放射性核種の流出に関する流域の連結性を定量的に評価した。
