| Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
本研究課題では、①当事者研究によって導かれた仮説の学術的定式化と同仮説の検証、②発達障害者における聴覚過敏と慢性疼痛の実態・機序解明と支援法開発、③当事者研究自体が持つ治療的意義の検証 の三つを明らかにすることを目指している。
①については、当事者研究から導かれた「まとめ上げ困難説」を、外部観測的な知見や先行研究と照合しつつ、他の計画班との共同して内部観測と外部観測を統合するモデルとして論文化する作業を進めた。また、検証実験では、ASDにおいてロンバール効果が起きにくいこと、ラバーハンドの位置によって時間順序判断への影響がより大きく出ること、当事者研究場面での語りの自然言語処理によって語彙の抽象度と社会的認知が相関すること、自伝的記憶課題によってASD者に過剰一般化記憶が認められることや、それがウェル・ビーイングの低さや社会的動機付けの低さ、共感性の低さと相関することを確認した。
②については、痛覚刺激に対する皮膚コンダクタンスの反応がより大きいが、主観的痛みスケールに差はないことなどを示した。また、聴覚過敏の程度と、あぶみ骨筋反射の閾値の低さが相関することを示した。支援技術の開発としては、学校環境で選択的聴取を支援する機器の開発や、VR技術を用いた痛み改善効果の検証を行うとともに、聴覚過敏や痛みに振り回されないための生活改善アルゴリズムを、当事者研究によって構築しつつある。
③については、これまで探索的に行ってきた発達障碍者向けの当事者研究ファシリテーション技法である「言いっぱなし、聞きっぱなし」や、ソーシャルマジョリティ研究の中で生み出された、多数派社会のここがわからないという当事者の疑問に答えるための教材を用いて、当事者研究のやり方に関するマニュアルを作成した。また、臨床介入研究として倫理審査を受け、平成28年度から介入研究をスタートする準備を完了した。

Reason
当初予定していたとおり、当事者によるファシリテートのもと当事者研究会を月に二回の頻度で行い、その様子を継続的に記録していくという計画は予定通り遂行されている。また、その記録の分析から、熟達者のファシリテーション技法の会話分析、自然言語処理による語彙抽象度と社会的認知の関連など、いくつかの知見が得られつつある。また、当事者研究会で、テーマごとに語られた内容を、検索可能なデータベースとして整理するエピソード・ラーニング・システムの構築も開始しつつあり、臨床研究のパーツとして組み込む予定である。当事者のニーズを受けて昨年度からスタートしたソーシャルマジョリティ研究の内容も書籍化に向けて順調に準備を進めており、臨床研究の教材として活用する予定である。
「まとめ上げ困難説」を、anoetic、noetic、autonoeticの各レベルで検証する実験も順調に進めており、3つのレベルのうち、noetic、autonoeticなレベルには可変性が残されており、ここに介入することの重要性が示唆されつつある。また、他班との共著論文もほぼ完成といってよい段階にある。

他班との連携に関しても、ASDシミュレーターの開発、学校環境で選択的聴取を支援する機器の開発、VR技術を用いた痛み改善効果の検証、内部観測と外部観測を統合するモデルについての共著論文作成など、活発に進めている。
以上より、本研究課題は当初研究目的通り順調に進展している。

| Strategy for Future Research Activity |
これまでの研究全体を統合しつつ、アウトプットにつなげていくためのプラットフォームとして、当事者研究の臨床研究の準備が整ったため、これを実施に移していく。この臨床研究では、これまでの探索的実践の成果を介入プログラムに反映させるとともに、介入プログラムの前後で、これまでの研究の中で見出されてきた、各種の社会性以前のAnoetic、Noetic、Autonoeticなレベルの特性を計測し、プログラムの効果指標としていく。
また、当事者研究を広く国内外に広めていくために、マニュアルの書籍化・英訳も準備を進めていく。
