Outline of Annual Research Achievements

チャンネル結合方程式による共鳴領域のニュートリノ原子核反応:高エネルギー領域におけるニュートリノ核子反応模型の妥当性を検証した。我々のハドロン模型は低運動量移行領域において、軸性ベクトル流はパイ中間子反応データ、ベクトル流は光反応データを再現する。一方高運動量領域におけるベクトル流の模型は、電子散乱データ及び、今回初めて行ったパリティ非保存電子散乱データの解析から、電磁流・中性電流ともによく記述されていることが示された。しかし高励起、高運動量領域では高運動量移行領域で反応強度不足である可能性が、パートン模型との比較より判明した。これは軸性ベクトル流形状因子を適切にすることで、修正される可能性も示した。この研究成果は共鳴・DIS領域におけるニュートリノ反応の系統的な理解、さらにニュートリノ反応におけるクォークハドロン双対性の理解に関して重要な寄与をするものである。

深非弾性散乱領域のニュートリノ原子核反応模型:荷電レプトン及びニュートリノ・原子核深非弾性散乱断面積のデータを含めた原子核パートン分布の解析を進めた。この結果、ニュートリノ反応と荷電レプトン反応における原子核補正には多少差異がある可能性が見出された。また、深非弾性散乱領域とレッジェ領域(W2>4 GeV, Q2<1 GeV2)を系統的に記述する研究を進め、深非弾性散乱領域の解析で得られた原子核効果の結果を低運動量移行領域へ接続する方法を解析した。

これら、ニュートリノ反応に関する研究成果は、レビュー論文として発表した。また若手ニュートリノ実験・理論研究者を養成ためFermi Lab. で開催されたNuSTECスクールでニュートリノによるパイ中間子生成反応に関する講義を行った。さらにニュートリノ反応によるパイ中間子生成反応研究第一人者を集めた国際研究集会をJPARCで開催した。
