Outline of Annual Research Achievements

1.核医学画像診断支援システム:1)体幹部FDG-PET/CTにおける腫瘍の定量解析では,解剖構造の標準化に用いるランドマークのセッティング手法として,臓器の表面を用いた手法を提案した.従来のバウンディングボックスを用いた手法と比べ,偽陽性の平均体積領域は17%減少し,感度は69%から77%に改善された.2)PET/CTにおける肺結節の検出手法の開発では,深層学習(DL)を用いたPETデータとCTデータのアンサンブル手法により,93%の偽陽性候補の削減に成功した.
2.形態解析基礎研究:臓器別の機能解析のためにPET/CTの位置合わせ手法を提案し,教師なしDL技術を用いた結果,CTとPET画像間の正規化相互相関値と相互情報量はそれぞれ0.58,2.34となり,従来手法より処理効率と精度が向上した.
3.筋機能解析のための筋骨格認識:形状モデルを用いた深層筋の自動認識手法の成功により,ALSケースにおける四肢の解析が可能となった.脊柱起立筋の自動認識では,筋束の付着位置の認識にDLを用いた手法や筋束モデルによる筋群の大域分類手法を提案した.
4.CT画像におけるDLを用いた肺結節の良悪性鑑別システムにおいて,学習症例数不足を補うため,敵対的生成ネットワークを用いたデータ水増し法により,鑑別精度の改善に成功した.病理画像を対象とした肺結節の良悪性鑑別処理では,深層学習を用いることで87%の総合識別率を得た.SPECT/CT骨シンチ画像を用いた骨集積の解析システムでは,集積部位の良悪性を鑑別するための症例収集と特徴解析を行った.
5.その他:脳MR画像におけるラジオゲノミクス解析を実現し,軽度認知障害とアルツハイマー型認知症における脳の変性箇所と変性過程の違いがある可能性を提示した.乳房MRIのラジオミクス解析では,トリプルネガティブ乳がんの画像を用いた分類の可能性を提示した.
