| Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
本研究項目では，脳内身体表現の知覚的側面として身体意識を主に扱う．その神経基盤を明らかにし，身体意識が脳内身体表現を変容させる過程を調べ，身体意識を介入・操作する手法を開発する．今年度は，右頭頂小葉への磁気刺激・直流電気刺激で予測誤差と身体意識の関係に介入することに成功した．統合失調症における身体意識を正常化させるために，運動主体感を簡便に評価できるKeio Methodを改良したスマートフォン・アプリを開発するなど，身体意識の操作・介入に向けて大きく前進した．基礎研究成果の論文化も着実に進めた．研究代表者らのグループは，「右下頭頂小葉が，感覚予測誤差と自他帰属の主観判断を結びつける役割をする」という仮説を検証するため，被験者が運動の自他帰属を判断する課題を行っている最中に，右下頭頂小葉に経頭蓋直流刺激・磁気刺激を与えた．その結果，感覚予測誤差と自他帰属判断の相関が低下し，仮説の妥当性を示した．研究分担者の大木紫（杏林大学）らのグループは，身体保持感を尋ねる即時的なラバーハンド錯覚課題中の脳波解析を行い，身体保持感の有無で有意に変化する脳波の電極群が右の後頭-頭頂領域に存在することを確認した．研究分担者の村田哲（近畿大学）らのグループは，自己の身体の状態を符号化する脳内身体表現の神経基盤を明らかにするために、サルの頭頂葉のニューロン活動の随伴発射による影響を調べることに取り組んだ．研究分担者の前田貴記（慶應義塾大学）らのグループは，運動主体感を正常化させるためのアプリを開発し，スマートフォンによるリハビリテーション・システムの構築を進め，スマートフォンのライフログから，主体感に関連する不安状態を推定する人工知能システムを開発した．また，統合失調症患者では，運動主体感に関連の強い領域である縁上回と尾状核の機能結合が低下していることを論文にまとめ，国際誌に掲載した．
