| Research Abstract |
三浦らは造血幹細胞及び分化の進んだ造血細胞に表現されている抗原に対するモノクローナル抗体(CD34、CD33)等を用い細胞分離装置により濃縮を進め最近では単細胞培養により3ケに1ケがコロニーを作るところまで進展した。
井川らはフレンド白血病ウイルスSーFFVのコードするgp55蛋白部分のみの遺伝子を挿入しても起ること、生体内では更にFV遺伝子やその他未知の要因が関与していることを示した。
北村らはW/W^vマウスでは肥満細胞の側に異常があり、Sl/Sl^dでは繊維芽細胞側の異常がある為にともに肥満細胞産生障害がおこること、繊維芽細胞の刺激は直接接触と、分泌物による刺激とを考え、後者では未知の因子を含むことを示唆した。
井上らはmyc遺伝子を挿入したトランスジェニックマウスから得た骨髄細胞を照射マウスに移注した時多くの造血器腫瘍が発生することを報告し発癌の過程を追及している。
渡辺らは松果体の多分化能のうち色素上皮分化がDMSOによっておこることを報告した。
高久らは造血器腫瘍でがん遺伝子に点突然変異や、癒合遺伝子のある場合にそれらの変化を少量の材料から検出し、クローン性増殖の検討を行うためにmRNAをもちいたreversed PCR法を開発し、臨床例で検討した。
山田らはHLー60白血病細胞が分泌しているミエロペルオキシダーゼ(MPO)の前駆体を精製し構造を明らかにした。これは顆粒球系細胞の分化に伴う指標として、癌のクローン性の検討に応用されるであろう。
以上本班ではそれぞれ専門の異る班員が各自の特徴を生かした研究が進んだ、夫々白血病発症について重要な示唆を与えるものと思われる。
今後これまで得られた成果の有機的結合とまとめを行ってゆきたい。
