| Research Abstract |
1.日本産ボタン属(ヤマシャクヤク、ベニバナヤマシャクヤク)の現地調査を行ない、蛍光分染による核型分析を行なった。
2.キク属とカヤツリグサ科の現地調査を中国東北部(河北省、遼寧省、吉林省)で行ない、21産地からキク属6taxa200個体、カヤツリグサ科24種150個体を生きたまま採集し、日本に持帰った。また、山東省、江蘇省の18産地でもキク属3種130個体を採集し、日本に持帰った。細胞学的研究の結果、これまでに(1)Dendranthema oreastrum,D.naktongenseが6倍体であること、(2)シマカンギクD.indicumが中国北部沿岸に広く分布し、4倍体であること、(3)D.chanetiiの4倍体が河北、遼寧省に分布することなが、多くの知見が得られている。
3.1989年の調査で採集し、日本に持帰った中国産生キク属固有種D.vestitumの核型を分析し、日本産のキク属10種との間で交雑実験を行なった。得られた雑種F_1の細胞遺伝学的分析を、平成3年度に行なう予定である。
4.中国国内のAster ageratoides群の細胞地理を調査した。河北省、遼寧省など中国北部の12産地の60個体は2倍体(2n=18)であり、一方、江蘇省、安徴省では3産地14個体が4倍体(2n=36)、4産地18個体が6倍体(2n=54)で、分布と染色体数とに関係が見出された。
5.中国産のラン科植物2種について染色体を観察した。遼寧省産のネジバナは日本産と同様、2n=30であった。長白山のフタバラン属の一種Listera puberulaは2n=40+3Bで,B染色体を持っていた。
